FAQ

VPS and IT support questions

Is administration included?

Server setup is included. Administration, additional service configuration and other work are billed separately: PLN 250 net for the first hour. Larger assignments are quoted individually.

Can I order from outside Poland?

Yes. We serve businesses and individuals in Poland and abroad. You can contact us in Polish or English. Prices are listed in PLN.

How do I order and pay for a VPS?

Send an enquiry about your preferred plan. We confirm availability, terms, payment method and setup date. The form does not collect payment. Plans are billed monthly; full terms are provided before ordering.

When can I contact you?

We are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00 Polish time (CET/CEST), including weekends. You can submit a request at any time. Delivery dates are agreed individually.

What is included in the backup?

Backup is an additional service tailored to your requirements. We agree on the data covered, backup frequency, retention and restoration arrangements. The required backup storage is quoted individually before activation.

What do the Docker and Smart Home plans include?

Dock and Haven are Linux servers with resources selected for these use cases. VPS setup is included. Docker, application, VPN and integration setup, as well as ongoing administration, are agreed and billed separately — PLN 250 net for the first hour.

How does Home Assistant on a VPS connect to my home?

Access to devices on your home network requires a configured VPN and compatible integrations. Zigbee, Z-Wave and Bluetooth need a local gateway or controller; hardware is not included. Device discovery over VPN may require manual configuration. Home Assistant Container has no apps store — MQTT and Node-RED can run as separate containers. Cloud automation depends on your home internet connection; we recommend local Home Assistant for functions that must work offline.
